Coconut milk powder is produced by dehydrating coconut milk, adding maltodextrin and casein to coconut cream to improve fluidity and then spray drying the mixture. After that, it is packed into anti-moisture packaging. The coconut milk powder has a longer stable shelf life and very easy to use. Simply add water into the coconut milk powder to make any recipe you want.
Application: cooking, beverage, ice cream, confectionery or any dishes which need coconut milk
